- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup sliced expired salami (90 days past expiry)
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.

Add the expired salami and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly crispy.

Add the bell pepper, zucchini, onion, and garlic to the skillet.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper.
