Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup sliced expired salami (90 days past expiry)
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.

Add the expired salami and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly crispy.

Add the bell pepper, zucchini, onion, and garlic to the skillet.

Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper.

Pour the sauce over the stir-fry and toss to coat the ingredients evenly.

Continue cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
