  • 1 lb potatoes
  • 6 oz slightly expired salami
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme

Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes.

Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
