Ingredients
- 200g Robiola Tre Latti cheese
- 250g pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

3. Add the cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, until they start to soften.

4. Crumble the Robiola Tre Latti cheese into the skillet and stir until melted and creamy.
