Ingredients

  • 200g Robiola Tre Latti cheese
  • 250g pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

3. Add the cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, until they start to soften.

4. Crumble the Robiola Tre Latti cheese into the skillet and stir until melted and creamy.

5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat it evenly with the cheese sauce.

7. Remove from heat and garnish with torn basil leaves.
