Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon expired pickle brine
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons expired pickles, finely chopped
  • Chopped fresh dill for garnish

Instructions

Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks.

In a bowl, mash the egg yolks with a fork.

Add the mayonnaise, pickle brine, Dijon mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper to the mashed yolks. Mix well until creamy.

Stir in the finely chopped expired pickles.

Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.

Garnish with chopped fresh dill.

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
