Ingredients

  • 200g spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoons slightly expired olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red chili, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.

In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and sliced chili to the pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.

Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the pan with the garlic and chili.

Squeeze the lemon juice over the pasta and season with salt and pepper.
