Ingredients

  • 1 cup expired almond milk (14 days past expiry)
  • 1 chai tea bag
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions

In a small saucepan, heat the expired almond milk over medium heat until warm, but not boiling.

Add the chai tea bag to the warm almond milk and steep for 5 minutes.

Remove the tea bag and discard.

Stir in the honey, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground cardamom, ground cloves, and ground nutmeg.
