Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup expired kimchi
  • 1/2 cup diced vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 fried egg (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.

Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add expired kimchi and diced vegetables. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

Add cooked rice to the pan and break up any clumps. Stir-fry for 5-6 minutes until the rice is heated through.
