- 1 cup kimchi fermented napa cabbage
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.

Add the kimchi fermented napa cabbage and cook for 2 minutes.
