Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons slightly expired isotonic electrolyte powder
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, isotonic electrolyte powder, and egg.
