Ingredients
- 1/2 cup expired Hazy IPA
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried herbs (such as thyme or rosemary)

In a bowl, whisk together the expired Hazy IPA, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, honey, black pepper, and dried herbs.

Place your choice of meat (such as chicken, beef, or pork) in a resealable bag or container.

Pour the marinade over the meat, ensuring it is fully coated. Seal the bag or cover the container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for better flavor.

When ready to cook, remove the meat from the marinade and discard the marinade.
