Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup expired Hazy IPA
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried herbs (such as thyme or rosemary)

Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together the expired Hazy IPA, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, honey, black pepper, and dried herbs.

Place your choice of meat (such as chicken, beef, or pork) in a resealable bag or container.

Pour the marinade over the meat, ensuring it is fully coated. Seal the bag or cover the container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for better flavor.

When ready to cook, remove the meat from the marinade and discard the marinade.

Grill, bake, or cook the meat using your preferred method until it reaches the desired doneness.
