- 1 package of commercially packaged unopened feta cheese crumbles
- 12 large mushrooms
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.

In a bowl, combine the feta cheese crumbles, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Stuff each mushroom cap with the feta cheese mixture.

Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
