  • 1 can commercially canned unopened corned beef hash
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

In a non-stick skillet, heat the corned beef hash over medium heat for 5 minutes, breaking it up with a spatula.

In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper.

Push the corned beef hash to one side of the skillet and add the whisked eggs to the other side.

Scramble the eggs until cooked through.

Warm the flour tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
