Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded coconut
  • 1 cup expired condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 egg whites

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, expired condensed milk, and vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the coconut mixture.
