
S'mores Brownies
Delicious brownies with a twist of s'mores flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 Chocolate Bar Unopened (slightly past expiration but still safe to eat)
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the Chocolate Bar Unopened and butter together.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
Add the melted chocolate mixture to the sugar mixture and mix well.
In another bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
Fold in the graham cracker crumbs.
Pour the batter into the greased baking dish.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle the mini marshmallows on top.
Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the marshmallows are lightly golden.
Allow the brownies to cool before cutting into squares.
Serve and enjoy!
