Ingredients

  • 4 expired Balut Fertilized Duck Eggs (10 days after expiry)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup diced vegetables (onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, etc.)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (parsley, chives, etc.)

Instructions

Carefully crack open the expired Balut Fertilized Duck Eggs and remove the duck embryos. Discard the shells.

Chop the duck embryos into small pieces and set aside.

In a bowl, whisk together the Balut Fertilized Duck Eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

In a non-stick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the diced vegetables and chopped Balut Fertilized Duck Egg to the skillet. Sauté until the vegetables are tender.
