Ingredients

  • 4 expired Balut Fertilized Duck Eggs (10 days after expiry)
  • 4 cups cooked rice, chilled
  • 1 cup diced vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers, etc.)
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

Carefully crack open the expired Balut Fertilized Duck Eggs and remove the duck embryos. Discard the shells.

Chop the duck embryos into small pieces and set aside.

In a large pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.

Add the onions and garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant.

Add the diced vegetables and chopped Balut Fertilized Duck Egg to the pan. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add the chilled cooked rice to the pan and break it up with a spatula. Mix well with the vegetables and eggs.

Drizzle soy sauce and oyster sauce over the rice. Stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes, ensuring all ingredients are well combined.
