  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons expired Ashwagandha powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
