- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons expired Ashwagandha powder
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
