Ingredients

  • 1 cup expired abalone, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add minced garlic and sliced onion, and cook until fragrant and translucent.

Add sliced abalone, bell pepper, and carrot to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.

Pour the sauce mixture over the ingredients in the skillet. Stir well to coat everything evenly.

Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the ingredients.
