- Garlic clove
- Dry white wine
- Cornstarch
- Brandy
- Nutmeg
- Pepper

Instructions

Rub the inside of a fondue pot with the cut sides of the garlic

Add the wine and heat gently until hot, but not boiling.

Gradually add the cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.

In a small bowl, blend the cornstarch smoothly with the brandy, then stir into the cheese mixture.

Continue to cook gently, stirring constantly until thickened.
