Ingredients
- 1 block of tofu
- 2 tablespoons of expired hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

Press the tofu to remove excess moisture.

Cut the tofu into cubes and set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together the expired hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, minced garlic, and grated ginger to make the glaze.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the tofu cubes to the pan and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
