Ingredients

  • 1 pound expired gravy beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Cooked rice or noodles, for serving

Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.

Add the expired gravy beef to the hot pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until browned.

Add the onion, bell pepper, broccoli, and garlic to the pan. Stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Pour the sauce mixture over the beef and vegetables. Stir well to coat everything in the sauce.
