  • 2 cups expired blackberries
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, whole wheat flour, brown sugar, melted coconut oil, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well until crumbly.

3. Press half of the oat mixture into the bottom of the greased baking dish to form a crust.

4. Spread the expired blackberries evenly over the oat crust.
