  • 1 can of slightly expired beans
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 small red onion
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Rinse the canned beans with water.
