
Truffle Black Soup
A hearty soup that transforms slightly expired Truffle Black into a delicious and comforting dish. The truffle flavor adds a rich and earthy taste to the soup, reducing food waste in a flavorful way.
Ingredients
- 2 cups of slightly expired Truffle Black
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 4 cups of vegetable broth
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Chop the onion and garlic cloves.
2. In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until they turn golden brown.
3. Add the slightly expired Truffle Black and cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
5. Reduce the heat and let the soup simmer for 20 minutes.
6. Use an immersion blender or a regular blender to puree the soup until smooth.
7. Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
9. Serve hot and garnish with a sprinkle of fresh herbs or a drizzle of truffle oil if desired.
