Ingredients

  • 200g expired Truffle Black
  • 300g spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the expired Truffle Black to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss until well coated with the truffle sauce.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.

Serve the Truffle Black pasta hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
