Ingredients
- 2 cups basmati rice
- 4 slightly expired tea bags
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste

In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until translucent.

Add the basmati rice and sauté for another 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

Add the vegetable broth, slightly expired tea bags, turmeric, cumin, salt, and pepper.
