
Expired Tea Marinated Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 expired tea bags
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- In a small bowl, steep the expired tea bags in 1 cup of hot water for 5 minutes. Discard the tea bags.
- In a large ziplock bag, combine the tea-infused water, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Add the chicken breasts to the bag and seal it, ensuring the marinade coats the chicken evenly.
- Place the bag in the refrigerator and let the chicken marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side or until cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
