- 1 cup expired skim milk (7 days after expiry)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.

Pour in the expired skim milk and stir well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until well coated with the creamy sauce.
