Ingredients

  • 1 rotisserie chicken
  • 8 small tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Remove the meat from the rotisserie chicken and shred it.

In a small bowl, mix the shredded chicken with lime juice, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
