Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded Peking Duck
  • 8 small tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup sliced radishes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 green onion, sliced

Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes.

Heat a skillet over medium heat and warm the tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side.

In a separate skillet, add the shredded duck and the sauce mixture. Cook for 5-7 minutes until heated through and well coated.

To assemble the tacos, place a small amount of shredded cabbage on each tortilla. Top with the Peking Duck mixture, sliced radishes, chopped cilantro, and green onion.
