  • 1 cup Peking Duck, shredded
  • 8 large lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

In a small bowl, whisk together hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, grated ginger, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
