Ingredients

  • 1 fully cooked ham (approximately 5 pounds)
  • 1 cup mint jelly
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves

Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).

Place the ham on a roasting rack in a large roasting pan.

In a small saucepan, combine the mint jelly, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and ground cloves. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

Brush the glaze all over the ham, making sure to coat it evenly.

Cover the ham loosely with aluminum foil and bake for approximately 15 minutes per pound, or until the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C).
