Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup expired mint jelly
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a small saucepan, combine the expired mint jelly, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook over medium heat until the jelly has melted and the ingredients are well combined.
Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the mint jelly glaze over them, making sure to coat each piece evenly.
