
Lamb Chop Stir-Fry
A quick and easy stir-fry recipe using slightly expired lamb chops for a flavorful and nutritious meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb lamb chops, thawed
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 broccoli head, cut into florets
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles, for serving
Instructions
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the lamb chops to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the bell peppers, broccoli, and carrot. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper.
Return the lamb chops to the skillet and pour the sauce over the meat and vegetables. Stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes until everything is well coated and heated through.
Serve the lamb chop stir-fry over cooked rice or noodles. Enjoy!
