Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 sub rolls
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- Tonkatsu sauce (expired but safe)

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, combine ground pork, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, garlic, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Shape the mixture into meatballs, approximately 1 inch in diameter.

Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked.

Cut the sub rolls in half and lightly toast them.

Spread a generous amount of Tonkatsu sauce on each side of the sub rolls.

Place a few meatballs on each sub roll, followed by shredded cabbage.
