Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup diced carrots
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Katsu Sauce Tonkatsu Sauce

Instructions

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.

Add diced carrots and frozen peas, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and pour the beaten eggs into the empty space. Scramble the eggs until cooked.

Add the cooked rice and chopped green onions to the skillet. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, breaking up any clumps of rice.

Pour Katsu Sauce Tonkatsu Sauce over the rice and stir well to combine.

Continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
