Ingredients
- 1 cup expired Instant Tomato Soup
- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until softened and fragrant.

Add the expired Instant Tomato Soup to the skillet, along with the dried basil and oregano. Stir well to combine.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until well coated with the tomato soup mixture. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
