Ingredients

  • 1 lb gravy beef, slightly expired but safe to eat
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortillas
  • Optional toppings: shredded cheese, salsa, sour cream, guacamole, cilantro

Instructions

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
