- 1 lb gravy beef, slightly expired but safe to eat
- 1 onion, diced

- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortillas
- Optional toppings: shredded cheese, salsa, sour cream, guacamole, cilantro
