Ingredients
- 500g expired gravy beef, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 cups cooked rice, for serving

Instructions

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the onion, garlic, bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and beef broth.

Return the beef to the skillet and pour the sauce mixture over the beef and vegetables.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the beef and vegetables.

Serve the beef and vegetable stir-fry over cooked rice.
