Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Cold unsalted butter, cubed
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 4-5 Fresh apricots, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Apricot jam

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, butter, and salt. Mix until crumbly.

Press the mixture into the bottom of a tart pan to form the crust.

Arrange the sliced apricots on top of the crust.

Warm the apricot jam in a small saucepan over low heat until melted and smooth.

Brush the melted apricot jam over the sliced apricots.

Bake the tart in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.

Allow the tart to cool before serving.
