Ingredients

  • 2 pounds fresh apricots
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

Wash and pit the apricots, then chop them into small pieces.

In a large saucepan, combine the chopped apricots, sugar, and lemon juice.

Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens and reaches a jam-like consistency.

Transfer the jam to sterilized jars and seal tightly.
