
Creamy Pasta Alfredo
This recipe uses expired evaporated milk to create a creamy and flavorful Alfredo sauce. The milk is heated to a safe temperature during cooking.

Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta of your choice
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup expired evaporated milk
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the expired evaporated milk and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the grated Parmesan cheese to the skillet and stir until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until well coated with the sauce.
- Serve the creamy pasta Alfredo hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
