Ingredients

  • 2 cups of slightly expired durian pulp
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 thumb-sized ginger
  • 2 tablespoons of curry powder
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 1 cup of vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.

2. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger to the pan. Sauté until fragrant.
