- 2 cups of slightly expired durian pulp
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 thumb-sized ginger
- 2 tablespoons of curry powder
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- 1 cup of vegetable broth

1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
