Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup expired durian (5 days after expiry)
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Peel and slice the ripe banana.
- In a blender, combine the sliced banana, expired durian, milk, honey or maple syrup, and ice cubes.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
