- 4 bell peppers, tops removed and seeded
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 2 cups dry sausage, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until well browned.
