Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Chinese Mustard
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 pound chicken breast, sliced

Instructions

In a small bowl, mix together Chinese Mustard and soy sauce.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add onion and garlic, cook until fragrant.

Add chicken and cook until browned.

Add red bell pepper, carrot, broccoli, and snap peas. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
