Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Chinese Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together Chinese Mustard and soy sauce.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add onion and garlic, cook until fragrant.
  4. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  5. Add red bell pepper, carrot, broccoli, and snap peas. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  6. Pour the Chinese Mustard and soy sauce mixture over the stir-fry and toss to coat evenly.
  7. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
