Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Chinese Mustard
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together Chinese Mustard and soy sauce.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add onion and garlic, cook until fragrant.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Add red bell pepper, carrot, broccoli, and snap peas. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Pour the Chinese Mustard and soy sauce mixture over the stir-fry and toss to coat evenly.
- Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
