
Buttery Garlic Pasta
A simple and delicious pasta recipe that makes use of expired but safe butter, reducing food waste and ensuring food safety.

Ingredients
- 200g spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons expired butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the expired butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss well to coat the pasta with the butter and garlic mixture.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the pasta and season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss again to combine all the flavors.
- Serve the buttery garlic pasta hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley for garnish.
