Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1/2 cup avocado baby food
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In another bowl, mash the ripe banana and mix in the avocado baby food, milk, egg, and vegetable oil.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat.

Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake.

Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
