
Cranberry Chutney
A tangy and sweet chutney made with slightly expired American Cranberries

Ingredients
- 2 cups slightly expired American Cranberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, water, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, cloves, and ginger.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the cranberries burst and the mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat and let cool completely.
- Transfer the chutney to a sterilized jar and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve as a condiment with roasted meats, cheese platters, or spread on toast.
